You are allowed to view and add products to the shopping cart as a guest. However, to purchase products, you need to be a registered member to complete the order and payment.
First, add all products that you like into your cart. Next, go to Shopping Cart and select the products that you wish to purchase by checking the box beside the respective product. Click Order Selected Items and you can checkout!
Once you have made a payment for your order, it is not allowed to change any information such as shipping details, billing information or delivery method as the seller may have started the shipment process.
Should you wish to change any order under any unforeseen circumstances, kindly contact Customer Support via email as soon as possible.
An option is a variety or type of a product that you can select when you purchase. For example, the colour of a shirt, storage of a memory card etc.
If a product has option, you will see an option box below the price in Product Detail Page. Please note that option is a mandatory field to be selected in order to purchase a product.
An add-on item is a type of complementary product that seller sells together with a main product. For example, the main product is a laptop and seller sells add on items such as mouse, mousepad, HDMI cable that can be used together with the laptop.
Please note that add-on items are not a must to be purchased and not applicable to discounts, coupons & rewards.
Once your order is successfully placed after payment is made, we will notify you via email, and you can also check your order status in My Page > Shopping History.
You can go to My Page > My Shopping History > View Orders/Shipping to check your order status.
Awaiting Payment - Your order is created but payment is yet to be made. The order will be secured for a given period, else it will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Payment Complete - Your order is successfully completed, and ready for shipping.
Preparing for Shipment - Seller has checked your order, and is preparing to ship out your product.
Shipping in Progress - Your seller has shipped your product, and it is on its way to you.
Shipping Complete - Your product has arrived, and you are eligible to request Return or Exchange if required.
Purchase Confirmed - Your order process has officially completed. No more Return or Exchange can be made.
'Product Received' button is there for you to confirm that you have received the product.
Once your product has arrived, you can inspect the product thoroughly. If the received product is in good condition and as described in Product Detail Page, you can click 'Product Received' button in My Page.
