2 [Buyer] [Payment] [General] Can I change my payment method if the initial payment was unsuccessful?
answer Unfortunately, changing payment method is not allowed once you have clicked 'Proceed to payment' at the checkout page.
If your initial payment failed and if you need to change your payment method, please cancel the existing order and place a new order to select a new payment method.
3 [Buyer] [Payment] [General] Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
answer Unfortunately, we do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
4 [Buyer] [Payment] [General] How can I check my payment status?
answer You can check your payment status in My Page > Shopping History.
If your payment was successful, you can see the status of 'Payment Complete'.
If your payment is still in progress or if it was not successful, you will see the status of 'Awaiting Payment'.
If your payment was not updated properly, please email our Customer Service.
5 [Buyer] [Payment] [General] I have not paid yet. Is there a time limit for payment?
answer In order to protect seller' products from being held for too long and encourage healthy buy-and-sell flow, orders will expire if payment is not made within the given period.
6 [Buyer] [Payment] [General] What should I do if I did not receive any payment confirmation?
answer Please email our Customer Service regarding this matter with the order number, Payment Date, Payment Amount, and the screenshot of transaction (if required) . We will get back to you as soon as possible. You are also advised to check with your respective bank to ensure the transaction is successful.
7 [Buyer] [Payment] [Credit] Can I pay using my Credit?
answer Yes, you can pay fully or partially with your Credit, or with the combination of other payment methods.
You are advised to check your available Credit balance, then decide how much you would like to utilize for the payment. 'Use All' function is available for your convenience, or you can write specific amount you want to use.
8 [Buyer] [Payment] [Online Banking] What are the banks available for online banking?
answer We have 18 types of Online Banking Services as the list shown below :
If your preferred bank is not in the list, you may choose other payment methods such as Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Wallet, ATM/Bank Transfer or Credit.
9 [Buyer] [Payment] [Online Banking] Is there a minimum / maximum amount for online banking?
answer Yes. The minimum amount you can pay with Online Banking is RM 1, and the maximum amount limit per transaction is subject to individual bank setting.
10 [Buyer] [Payment] [Online Banking] My payment had failed. How can I make the payment again?
answer If your payment failed and want to make a repayment, you can do so in My Page > View Orders/Shipping.
You may click the 'Pay Now' button if your payment was unsuccessful.
Please bear in mind that the repayment is only available until the date stated (as the below screenshot).
11 [Buyer] [Payment] [Online Banking] I did not receive a TAC or OTP number. How can I continue with the payment?
answer If you failed to have received TAC number or OTP number,
a. Please go to My Page > View Orders/Shipping ,
b. Click 'Pay Now' to try again.
You may need to try again after 30 minutes or so to prevent repetitive bank response delay.
c. Repayment needs to be completed within the given validity period.
12 [Buyer] [Payment] [Credit/Debit Card] How can I pay with Credit Card?
answer At the checkout page,
a. Please select 'Credit / Debit Card'
b. Fill in with your card details
c. You may choose to save your card details for future payments
d. Then click 'Proceed to Payment'
Then you will be redirected to bank's page where you will need to key in OTP or TAC number.
13 [Buyer] [Payment] [Credit/Debit Card] My payment failed, how can I make payment again?
answer If your payment failed and want to make a repayment, you can do so in My Page > View Orders/Shipping.
You may click the 'Pay Now' button if your payment was unsuccessful.
Please bear in mind that the repayment is only available until the date stated (as the below screenshot).
14 [Buyer] [Payment] [Credit/Debit Card] How can I pay with Installment?
answer Installment plans are available if your final payable amount is RM 500 and above.
The maximum 6 & 12 months installment plan for Maybank is set at RM10K and 24 months is set at RM20K.
The maximum 6, 12, 24 & 36 months installment for Public Bank are set at RM50K.
EPP 24 & 36 months are eligible to selected products only if the seller join the EPP 24 & 36 months.
Please note that 6 & 12 months installment plan is currently unavailable.
Step 1. On the payment page (check out page), choose Credit/Debit Card then select 'Easy Payment Plan'.
Step 2. Select your Bank/Credit card type. Maybank (Visa/Master/Amex) and Public Bank Installment plans are available.
Step 3. Select monthly plans you would like to go with. Different banks provide different monthly plans.
15 [Buyer] [Payment] [Credit/Debit Card] Can I pay installment with my debit card?
answer Unfortunately, Debit Cards are not eligible for installment plans.
Banks only accept Credit Card payments for installment.
