This function protects the buyer, whose payment is then prevented from being settled to the seller before the delivery is made.
Phases available for non-arrival report
website: A buyer can report non-arrival If the shipping method is specified as courier service and shipping status is “Shipping Complete.” If the shipping method is not by courier service, the buyer can make the report during the “Shipping in Progress” stage.
CC: Regardless of shipping methods, the buyer can report non-arrivals while the shipping status is “Shipping in Progress” or “Shipping Complete.”
