If the product you have received is faulty, wrong item or damaged, you can request to return the item back to seller and get a refund.
A return process requires buyers to ship the received product back to seller in the same condition as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or items provided by seller.
In the event where the return request or returned product fail to meet return policy, seller has all the rights to reject your request.
Cancellation can only be done BEFORE shipping starts.
If you already have received the product or if the product is on the way to you, you need to request 'Return' because the product has to be returned back to seller in order for buyers to get a refund.
Return can be requested in My Page > View Orders/Shipping > Request Return.
b. Sellers to verify the 'Return' request & approve the request
c. Buyers to ship the product back to seller & provide tracking number in My Page
d. Sellers to inspect the returned product's condition & complete Return Process
e. Buyer to receive refund
Provide your tracking number in My Page > 'Details'
Please note that in the event where the Return request or returned product fail to meet Return policy, seller has all the rights to reject your request.
You can request Return in My Page > View Orders/Shipping > 'Request Return'.
Once you are directed to Return Request page, you are required to fill up the necessary information and submit your request.
Please select the reason carefully and provide the reason in detail.
If the reason you provided is not genuine or insufficient, as well as in the event where the Return request or returned product fail to meet Return Policy, seller has all the rights to reject your request.
a. Go to My Page > View Orders/Shipping, to look for the product you want to return partially
b. Pick a product you would like to Return & click 'Request Return'.
c. Choose the quantity you would like to Return.
d. Select the reason for your Return, provide the reason in detail and attach the proof of the product if there is any faulty or concrete description of the return.
e. Select your refund method and click 'Request Return'
Once your 'Return' request is approved, you will be able to find seller's address and contact number in My Page > View Orders/Shipping, by clicking the ‘Details’ button as the screenshot below.
After you clicked the 'Details' button, seller’s information will be shown as the screenshot below.
When the returned product is being shipped back to the seller, you can provide the shipment’s tracking number in the Return Details page as well. This will help to speed up the 'Return' process.
In the event where the return request or returned product fail to meet return policy, seller has all the rights to reject your request.
If the information provided by buyers is not sufficient enough to support 'Return' request reasons, seller can reject your request too.
Not to worry, you are allowed to request 'Return' again in My Page > View Orders/Shipping even after rejected by seller. The order status is reverted back to its original status (‘Shipping in Progress’ or ‘Shipping Complete’).
When requesting 'Return', kindly provide concrete information as much as possible with Remark function & attachment function to help seller decide on approval.
Unfortunately, 'Return' can only be requested BEFORE 'Purchase Confirmed' status.
Your order will be automatically updated to ‘Purchase Confirmed’ in 7, 21 or 30 calendar days after the arrival of your product if there is no intention of Cancellation/Return/Exchange taken by buyers within that period.
Please make sure to check the product's condition and request 'Return' within given period where necessary.
