However, cancellation is only applicable when the shipping has NOT started yet.
If your order is at 'Payment Complete' status:
You can cancel your order immediately.
If your order is at 'Preparing for shipment' status:
You can send a cancellation request to seller, and upon seller's approval, your order will be cancelled.
**Please note that sellers may have already shipped your product during 'Preparing for Shipment' status. Therefore, sellers can reject your cancellation request by providing the proof of shipment.
If you want to cancel your order AFTER seller has already shipped your product, kindly proceed with Return.
You can cancel your order in My Page > View Orders/Shipping.
a. Select the product you would like to cancel.
(If there are multiple products under 1 order, select the product you want to cancel.)
b. Click 'Cancel Order'.
c. Choose the reason for cancellation.
d. Choose the preferred refund method & fill up necessary information & click 'Request Cancellation' to submit.
If your order status is at 'Payment Complete', the order will be cancelled immediately & proceed the refund.
If your order status is at 'Preparing for Shipment', your cancellation request will be sent to seller. Upon seller's approval, your cancellation will be completed & proceed for refund.
You can cancel the product you ordered from the same seller in My Page > View Orders/Shipping.
a. Please find the product you would like to partially cancel.
(If there are multiple products under 1 order, select the product you want to cancel.)
b. Click 'Cancel Order'.
c. Select the quantity you would like to cancel.
d. Choose the reason for cancellation.
e. Choose refund method & click 'Request Cancellation' button to submit your request.
If your order status is at 'Payment Complete', the order will be cancelled immediately & proceed for refund.
If your order status is at 'Preparing for Shipment', your cancellation request will be sent to seller. Upon seller's approval, your cancellation will be completed & proceed the refund.
Seller can reject your cancellation request if they have already shipped your product to you.
You can wait for your product to arrive first, then request Return if you do not want the purchase. Please note that return procedure is subject to seller's approval.
Once your cancellation is successful, the refund will proceed immediately via the refund method you have chosen upon the cancellation request.
If you have selected the refund method as ‘PrestoMall Credit’, please go to My Page > My Benefits > Credit to check your refund.
If you have selected your refund method as Credit Card/Debit Card, Online Banking, ATM/Bank Transfer or UnionPay, you may refer to your bank statement for refund confirmation.
**Please note that Credit Card/Debit Card, Online Banking and UnionPay refund might take up to 14 working days due to bank procedure.
