Refund will proceed immediately after the cancellation, which is depending on the selected refund method and the duration varies due to bank procedures.

When the order was cancelled by seller for online banking transactions, you can claim your refund in My Page > Cancellation/Return/Exchange > Refund Request.
Select the preferred refund method.
For Online Banking refund, the refund account information need to be the SAME AS your initial payment bank account information. Otherwise, the bank will reject the refund and your refund will be delayed.
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your bank account details, the refund will be made to that particular account, so you are not allowed to change the account information.
