Hair Dye 

Instructions: 
Place 1 dose of hair dye and 2 equal doses of hydrogen peroxide in a mixing bowl, mix evenly, and apply evenly on the hair. Depending on the degree of coloring of your hair, leave it for the required time, then wash it with shampoo and blow dry.

Notice:
◇Please read the instructions before use and use strictly according to the requirements.
◇Hair dye may cause severe allergic reactions, so you should conduct a skin test in advance according to the instructions.
◇Avoid contact between product and eyes. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, please rinse with water immediately.
◇Do not use this product to dye eyebrows and eyelashes.
◇Proper gloves must be worn for professional use.
◇This product is not suitable for consumers under 16 years old.
◇Please do not dye your hair under the following circumstances
*Have a rash on your face or allergies, inflammation or damage to your scalp.
*I have experienced adverse reactions when dyeing my hair in the past.

preservation method: 
Please keep out of the reach of infants and young children. Store in a cool place at room temperature, away from high temperatures or direct sunlight.

Skin test before dyeing

Testing must be conducted 24 hours before each official use.

1. Select a 2.5 cm diameter area of skin on the inside of your elbow or behind your ear, close to the hairline, and clean the skin with soap and water.

2. Prepare a test container for mixing equal amounts of dioxygen emulsion and corresponding dyeing paste.

3. Use a cotton swab to apply the mixed dye onto the test skin.

4. Allow the skin to be tested to dry naturally. Do not cover or scratch the skin at the test site within 24 hours.

5. Observe and test the skin condition after 24 hours. If there are no adverse reactions, dyeing services can be performed. If burning, itching, bumps, rash, irritation, redness or any other abnormal reaction occurs, do not use this product. If during the test stage before dyeing, test the skin or If the above symptoms appear around the skin, it means that the tester has an allergic reaction and cannot undergo dyeing services.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
